*We went on a field trip to Washington Park (June 30), where the New Orleans Free School Network was putting on an event for kids. we played games and ate good food… everyone had a grand ol time.
*a group of high school students from St Ignacious in San Fran volunteered for a day at RUBARB. this group, which has been coming to the bike shop for the last 4 summers!, donated pumps, helped fix bikes, organized and played with the kids. we thank them greatly for their continuous support.
